Return Policy
Standard Return Policy
You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to ThinkCutee error) within 30 days of the order shipment date which is provided to you by email. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned.
- Click on the Order History link under your Account
- Orders that eligble for return (30 days old or less) will be marked in the list as eligible for return.
- Click the "Return" link for the order which you would like to return, and follow the instructions.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) via email for you. Please write down your RMA number on your return package.
After you get your RMA number, you can ship your package back to us at the following address:

Return Shipping Cost
If we offer free shipping for an item in your order, we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product to us. However, if you pay shipping for an item in your order, we will refund the return postage. Please understand that this will help us keep our prices low and competitive.
Exchanges
Can I just exchange my items?
If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us within one month for exchange. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers. Again, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first and specify that you need an exchange .
