General shipping information
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships from China warehouse" or during times of heavy order volume, orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. For most domestic orders, you can choose between UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air Early AM deliveries. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history. Free Shipping is offered for select items only. Please note that any item(s) NOT indicated as Free Shipping will be charged a appropriate shipping fee.
How much is shipping?
At this time, we offer free shipping on your order that ships from our China warehouse.
For most domestic orders, you can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Select your country to complete the Shipping and Billing information.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Thinkcutee has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
